Great place to eat. I had the jerk chicken tacos and the Chicago dog. Both meals were delicious.
Went as a party of nine so we ended up needing to order to go and ate under the bridge but the atmosphere was great as someone was playing the saxophone, there were tables and chairs to sit and the weather was so nice. We had chimichurri, pork and shrimp Po Boy. Also the pulled pork nachos. Everything was AMAZING! So much food and the chips and sauces were delicious. I’ll be thinking about those tacos for some time to come. Great experience, just don’t expect to be able to eat IN the restaurant unless you’re a very small party.
These tacos are quite large, about the size of your palm, and absolutely delicious! We ordered takeout and it was ready quickly. The asada was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the generous portion size made for a very satisfying meal. Even though the restaurant was packed with people, the staff were incredibly efficient, churning out orders with skill, which was impressive. You can easily get here by just crossing a small bridge from the Glenwood Springs hot springs. Grabbing your tacos to go and enjoying them at a nearby pub's outdoor seating is also a great option. Highly recommend!

I ordered the battered fish tacos. They were large, had plenty of veggies in them and came with chips and green chili sauce. Everything was so good and filling. You order at the counter and they were quick to bring it out. My tacos had big pieces of fish. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very tiny eatery. Small town vibes. Excellent customer service. Best part: the tacos were huge, super fresh tasting, and gluten free! I ordered grilled fish tacos, and the slaw was simple and fresh, the seasoning on the fish was just right, the fish was flaky, and it was a generous portion of fish on those two tacos. I had a wonderful conversation with an adorable family sitting at the table next to us, and walked away with my belly full and my heart happy. Will definitely come back again the next time I’m in town.

The food is delicious! The place isn’t huge, and there aren’t many seats, but it’s definitely worth it. The portions are generous. You absolutely have to try it if you’re in Glenwood. We come here every time we come to town.
Went to The Slope and Hatch for dinner and absolutely loved it. The tacos were phenomenal super flavorful, fresh, and easily the highlight of the meal. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they’re serving. The staff were also super friendly and made the experience even better. The only thing to know ahead of time is that seating is very limited, so it may not be the kind of place where you linger for a long sit-down dinner. But honestly, the food is worth it. If you love tacos, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Great flavor, great service, and definitely somewhere I’d go back to. Added bonus. The brownies were huge and delicious!
Great little spot! No need to order ahead. We ordered to go and enjoyed a drink while we waited (not long). Great atmosphere and food is fabulous! Cubano taco 🌮 like a good Cubano minus all the bread. Hot dog and fries are excellent! Love a good dog that pops when I bite into it.
